We cover the following areas in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia: Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, North Surrey, Ladner, Tsawwassen.

In-Store Computer Service: Areas we cover

As long as you're willing to come or ship your computer to us we accept work from every where in Canada. Some of the advantages of bringing or shipping your laptop computers to us are cost effectiveness and time management. For instance if you're overwhelmed with work, or have no time, or just don't want to have someone working on your premises.

Remote Computer Service: Areas we cover

We're based out Richmond BC and cover the entire Canada remotely. Our remote software and online payment partner are currently in service all across the country. Some of the advantages of remote computer help are:

  • Cost Effectiveness: As an onsite visit is not needed, the costs associated with support (gas, traveling time, minimum 1hr time to work) are eliminated. You only pay by the minute after the first 15mins if more time is needed.
  • Availability: Assuming you have a working internet connection, remote support is available to you anywhere you are in Canada. Evidently, service will be faster and the problem will be solved sooner if you have a high speed internet connection.
