First, purchase your Remote Help Ticket by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Then, complete the safe and secure Paypal online payment system.

After your payment is confirmed you can download and install the remote help software. Please follow the installation steps on the download webpage.

Important: Do not create a new account, we'll send you the account's Email and Password to the email address you indicated during check out.

Open the newly installed remote help software, enter the Email and Password we sent you, click Login (you'll see TeknicianSolutions), next click on Share, then email us the 12 digit Access Code along with your Phone#. We'll call you to let you know when to click "Connect".

Important: After you click "Connect" you have to click "Unblock" on your Windows Firewall pop up warning, then click "Yes" on your Crossloop pop up window.

As soon as we get the 12 digit Access Code and Phone# we can start working.
